How do I change or cancel my order? Returns Policy Returns Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product unless the product you receive form thebroadplace.co.uk is damaged or faulty. In the event that this does occur, we are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping. Please note that all exchanges will depend on stock availability. The Broad Place has a policy of charging fairly when places are booked. This is to encourage participants to treasure their place, commit to their booking and reduce cancellations. While we appreciate that some participants will have genuine and difficult reasons for not being able to attend, it is impossible for us to judge whether any individual cancellation is deserving of a refund. To make things fair we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you have paid in full you will need to find a replacement for your place if you are unable to attend.
